This is our reproduction florence knoll sectional sofa.
As part of her pioneering work, florence knoll created what she called "fill-in pieces," like this 1954 seating collection consisting of a lounge chair, armchair, and sofa -- all now deemed modern classics. The inner frame of each piece in the collection is solid wood and the angle of the seat is slightly pitched back like the original a feature which very few of the reproductions maintain. Our construction features exposed metal frame and legs which are heavy gauge square tubular steel in polished chrome finish-the steel used is generally twice as thick as other inferior reproductions. The construction of our reproduction knoll sectional also features seat and back covering that is fully welted and tufted and also features a matching button in each tuft and upholstered in a large selection of quality fabrics. All stitching and piping is carefully done to ensure the strongest stitch and clean straight lines. We use only fine fabrics and carefully inspect each piece used to ensure the pleasing overall esthetic. Cushions are "Velcro-ed" into place for easy removal and cleaning. Our feature line of seating, we are very proud of these reasonably-priced knoll interpretations crafted as the original but priced for affordability without sacrificing anything. Also available in a selection of fabrics.
